    About Rooted in Resilience

    Abby Brown

     Abby is a certified health coach and yoga teacher with a background as a Division I athlete. A former National Champion and 2× Southeastern Conference Champion, Abby blends high-performance athletic experience with holistic wellness practices to help clients build strong, balanced, and sustainable lifestyles. 

    As someone who has lived the demands of student-athlete life, Abby understands the pressure to succeed, the grind of training, and the toll it can take on both body and mind. That's why she takes a holistic approach to athletic performance- combining movement, mindset, nutrition, and recovery strategies that support long- term success, not short- term gains. Through customized coaching and intentional practices, Abby helps young athletes build mental resilience, body awareness, and sustainable habits that elevate every area of their game- and their life.

     Rooted in Resilience has a simple mission: to empower the next generation of athletes to train smarter, recover deeply, and show up as their strongest, most balanced selves.
