Hi, I'm Abby- a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Certified Health Coach (CHC), and former Division I Equestrian athlete.

Through yoga, guided meditation, personalized health coaching, and nutrition support, I help you build long- lasting routines that restore your energy and reconnect you to your unique purpose.
My approach is rooted in experience- I've been where you are. As a college athlete, pushing through stress and burnout was expected and became normal for me. It wasn't until I found yoga that I reclaimed balance- both physically and mentally. That's why my signature programs are designed to not only support your physical health but to ensure lasting mental and emotional well-being.
